My partner and I booked massages together - Please note: they do NOT have couples massages, merely two single massages that occur in different rooms, simultaneously. Mine was barely passable, and his was verging on terrible.

I cannot get over how amazing my body feels after seeing Sarah each time!! I struggle with a lot of back pain and Sarah always takes the time to focus on my problem areas and makes it feel so much better. I feel like I am walking on a cloud at the end of each session!

Received the best massage of my life today. I've been here before with a friend and loved it, but this my first time going solo.

I had Hillary for my massage and she was attentive, hit all the right spots, and took her time.

I adore this spot! Sarah, the owner, is wonderful. I've been here for sound meditation, acupuncture, and sauna events and have always been wowed. The space is warm, open, inviting, and clean, definitely a haven in the city.

Initially I thought I had the wrong address because when I drove past the address, it didn't look like a spa but after walking up their stairs, there is call button for the business.

If this were solely based on the massage and sauna, this place would get 5/5. As others have noted, this is a relaxing, thoughtfully decorated, beautiful spot.

A friend of mine told me about an Acupuncture and Sound Bath experience at Formation sauna + wellness. As someone that regularly gets acupuncture, I was excited to try it with the sound bath meditation experience.
