Maybe it's a good thing this place closed. I has been given a gift card and tried to schedule appointments multiple times with no success, then they closed without notice and didn't refund the purchase or offer anything in exchange. Such unethical practices.

Me @ my husband have been going here for almost 20yrs. The original owners had it then Jim@ Gail. Can't believe its mo longer open. Totally devasted. It was my sanctuary. It will be 4ever missed. |

I hope you all are happy after stealing money from customers. Less than a week after giving our daughter a $150 gift certificate, you go out of business! You knew you were closing down when you offered gift certificates -- that is theft.

it is beyond belief and so unethical to close your business and not honor your outstanding debt to gift card holders. Basically you stole our money to pay your employees and took off like thieves in the night.

My parents got me a gift certificate for $150 for a massage as a graduation gift from nursing school in May. Not only did this business close with no communication to patrons, the owners posted a message stating that gift certificates will not be honored.

So to pay your employees you ripped off patrons?! My BF got me a $180 gift card for my 50th birthday at the end of June and you're closed 3 months later. You shouldn't have been a thief and told him you were no longer selling gift cards.
