The guy who answered phone was rude and could not tell me where to go.i was at the address and there was no spa only a building that was basically on fire ..there was 4 trucks

I went there about a bunch of times, but the last time was it for me. I saw 2 twitching cockroaches, and the hot tub was filled with floating dirt and hairs. The small place is usually crawling with children who are often unsupervised.

Easy to see why the reviews here are all over the board.

This place is part hot mess, part disorganization--I'm being kind, and part dismay.

Came here today for a relaxing spa day. Male staff member walked into women's locker room without knocking while I was changing. Owner totally didnt care and said it was 'normal'. Don't come here if you want any sense of privacy.

I've been to multiple Russian baths and only go to this one because of location. This sauna has so much potential but unfortunately owners are not up to date with hygienic practices.

A great spa, in my experience.

I visited on a chilly evening in December, and left wonderfully warmed. The building was clean, simple, and comfortable.
