It is very small (depending on the time of day, you could be the only client there), which lends itself to fostering an intimate and peaceful environment. I've been twice and have had Sion both times - he is INCREDIBLE with such a beautiful energy and healing hands.

For the price point and description, I expected much more of a full spa experience. I would have gone to Bergen street spa and paid literally a 5th of the price for just as good a massage.

I've returned for another birthday at the Cynergy Spa and it was amazing. This time I did the Ultimate Package with included a massage, facial, foot and hand massage with paraffin ending with a champagne lunch. Everything was great!

Loved this spa visit! Went for the couples 2-hour experience and it was lovely! We got 20 mins in the jacuzzi to ourselves, then had our massages which were amazing, and had a little champagne cheers and chocolate fondue to end the experience.

My wife toke me to this black owned spa for Valentine's Day and it truly made the day special. After filling out the intake forms we were take to our private room for two with jacuzzi, champagne, candles and robes. The massage was amazing.

This was the very best spa I've been to in NYC. When I arrived they gave me a champagne because it was my bday. Then on to my massage. I had the exfoliating scrub and massage. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and started snoring. Place was clean and cozy.

This is a cute spa with the loveliest staff and excellent service. One of the best massages I have ever had, the exact right pressure and truly a whole body massage. I would absolutely recommend this place!

I called on a Friday hoping I can book a massage and facial for my bday (4.23.22). I was told they were fully back. I called back on 4.23 and there was a cancellation!! I was able to get my massage and they were able to squeeze in a facial.
