I do enjoy going here. I've been going here for the past year. I work in the area, but I find when the new lady started working in the front desk very aggressive very mean, forceful and rude about additional tips to a point where I do feel uncomfortable.

I only see Emma here and she is PHENOMENAL. Emma is very skilled and I always leave feeling like I've been on vacation for a month. I get the 90 minute with CBD oil. Run don't walk!

I couldn't feel a thing and i asked for more intense approach, nothing happened i asked again and nothing. I couldn't fee a thing. Whats more disappointing is manager didn't say a word when i complained.nothing. I should t have stood up and left after 10 mins.

Go with a groupon and you will have a good quality massage for rock bottom prices. My dd and I had the 90 minute massage with hot stones for $130 with the groupon. Both of the women were well-trained and sensitive to our needs.

We got serviced immediately when we walked in. The staff was super friendly and respectful. They gave excellent massages and the mood was perfect. Wish there was less noise from the other customers who were waiting next door but overall a great experience!

Great spa. clean and very quiet ...quality masseuses work here ...sometimes hard to get an appointment as a walk-in so best call in advance. I've been here at least five times and I always leave happy.

Best kept secret! The interior is like an actual spa, not a drop in massage spot like many on the UWS. Every masseuse is skilled and amazing. Usually hit or miss at drop in spots.

The experience was great. I had a male masseuse Kevin (told the front desk I had no preference) and he made me feel very comfortable. He was quiet unless checking in asking how everything felt. He was very skilled and I felt like I got full use of the time.

I have been going to this place for almost two years now, and still love it. It's clean, the ambiance is nice and the service is amazing. Personally, Kiki is my favorite. She understands and flattens the knots in my body. I feel safe in her hands.

The man who answers the phone is only kind when you book an appointment. If you need to reschedule for any reason do not expect for them to be professional. He hung up the phone on me and sent my calls to voicemail.

Maybe i am used to nicer places? I know that sounds bad but idk.. i wasnt impressed with the presentation, only a sani paper sheet on the table, no linens, a small towel to cover yourself with..? I really wasnt impressed.
