massage was one of the worst I've ever had, they charge you for an hour but it's really 45 min, and then after hound you to sign up for a membership.

I will never be a customer again of this company. If I could give a -5 to this company I would. Stop charging people for items and then when they cancel state they can mo longer access.

I had an appointment at 1230 for a facial today. I was told to wait a few minutes for my therapist to come out but instead waited for about 35 minutes only for one of the ladies at the front desk to come and tell me they had to cancel my appointment.

Great massage and service! The place was very clean during covid and precautions were taken very seriously. I appreciated the service of the front desk worker and my therapist was really professional.
