Due to a medical condition they were informed that it would be impossible for me to get any service in n the future. They refused to refund me three months my account was charged. Forcing me to use other services that I don't want at this point.

Shady upsell practices combined with being told I can't use a gift card at that location (when I shared it with them a few weeks ago) ended up in an unexpected $200 bill.

terrible place- stay away if you can
managers do not know what they are doing - paying for services but did not get it. was promised a refund but they failed to provide it. keep sending you to the corporate office but no help from them.

Frazer is great, but at some point in the last month staff must have changed since they no longer answer the phone to schedule appointments-- called every day for 10 days, sometimes multiple times, and there was no response.

I was skeptical about my appointment here. It was my first massage ever and i had a gift card for a pretty basic massage. I chose Gabby as my therapist.

THEY WILL RUN UP YOUR BILL

It was my first ever facial so I loved how my face looked after but I went in for a $69 beginner facial and left with a $322 bill.
