They took my payment and I haven't been able to schedule an appt. This has been since Dec 2021 trying to make an appt. Happened to another friend of mine as well. Place is a scam.

I visited serene dreams a few times and had a great experience. That being said, they do not answer their phone, the website no longer takes appointments.

This place is awesome. The owner and front desk employee are so nice and accommodating. I have done the 60 min floats each time with the lights off.
