Never on time for scheduled appointments and a very busy front desk. The front desk person is cordial but the influx of people walking through the door and waiting is overwhelming to everyone in the entry way.

Appointments get cancelled randomly and often . If you need to cancel - you have to chase their head manager . Easier to cancel through your credit card company . By the way - they will try to guilt trip you into paying more for the tips when the price itself is low.

I would give negative stars if this was possible. After multiple calls, they finally gave me an appointment a month out on Aug 13 and then called a week before to say they need to cancel.

The "manager" Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me to dodge a concern that was her fault. We are never coming back here.

Buyer beware, I wish I read these reviews before scheduling a massage at this location. I scheduled a 90 min massage there and it was only after my massage was finish and tip paid, that I was asked to pay a $24 market transfer charge.

Don't expect a spa atmosphere here. The place is in awful shape. The room I was in smelled like mold, was dirty and dingy and was overall repulsive.
