I rarely give reviews, but the experience today was really bad. The pressure was simply unbearable despite the fact that I asked multiple times to reduce it, but the therapist did not speak any English.

Incredible Full body 60 minute massage! All of the workers and masseuses are very respectful and professional. My massage was very good. I had so many knots in my back and they were eye able to take care of it! I am refreshed! Highly recommend!!

Massage was great.
Facilities are simple no frill n clean
Not a spa.
Just a simple massage
They do want u to pay 20 pct tip , that they don't call out upfront, only at time of payment.
If u know that going in...it's good value for money.

Place is very popular and best to have an appointment.

I was in need of a relaxing day and was glad that Renew took me in last minute.

Their special was $39 for a 1 hour massage which include body and foot with hot stone! I mean, you really can't beat that price for a quality massage!

The masseuse was way too rough after repeatedly asking him to go lighter. Came out of the massage with pain. Will never come back here.

Had a great 1-hour foot reflexology session here this afternoon. I called at 11:15 and was able to be seen right at 11:30. When I arrived I was the only client there, which was nice!

The place is relatively small but has a calm atmosphere.

I had one of the best massage I ever experienced. Maybe at first the place looks not too promisingly but believe me, you get excellent service here.

Been here 3 times, 2 were really good, one was a bit disappointing. 2 good ones I went late and an older lady did the massage, great pressure A+ work. The other time I went earlier and got a different also older lady. Kinda weak massage.

I went for full body massage here for the first time. I was impressed by the professional approach. Eva did a nice job. Fully satisfied. I could not communicate with her in English.

Hands down the best foot massages in the West Village and the best chair set up.

However, 3 stars because the last few months it's not as peaceful and tranquil as it used to be.

I would literally defend this place with my life. The massage therapists here are a group of hard-working people who have helped me through a lot of chronic shoulder pain.
