Love everything about this place. The massages are exactly what I request, rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes of my appointment time. The spa is very clean and well-kept. Relatively affordable, and quite easy to make appointments.

When I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed & comfortable. Also, the place was beautiful inside and dim lighting. Vivian was able to rub my knots out and has the hands of an angel! 11/10 recommend & would come again

Meihua, the receptionist was obnoxiously rude. My splint was for 6:4( I got there ten minutes early and she was upset that I needed to use the restroom before my appointment because they were "busy". I tipped 15 percent and she got upset.

Think of a Chinatown massage place, but slightly more upscale. It still has the same small room layout, but feels a little cleaner.

The therapists were solid, but nothing amazing. Price was reasonable, but not super cheap. All in all it was an ok experience.

I went for a couples massage in the winter. I didn't know what to expect since I had never been and this is a pretty intimate service. We both LOVED it. We had two awesome massages and left feeling like we wish we could get one everyday. The staff was so so nice.

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Yuki at Hidden Away and it was absolutely amazing! Yuki's skilled hands and attention to detail left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The masseuses are wonderful. However, the reception staff have a very poor attitude on the phone and in person. Management yells at you on the phone and doesn't let you talk when you're trying to solve a problem and asking questions.

Had the best massage with Amy. She was very intentional about every knot, crook and cranny.

Hideaway is such a gem that I almost don't want to leave a review lol. On the fourth floor, the building does have an elevator but, the wall up isn't bad at all.

I booked a couples massage for a date with my wife. The whole experience was great from the start. The front desk workers were kind and professional. The spa itself is immaculate and very nice. The two masseuses (Cindy and Susan) had magical hands.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.

The massage itself was fantastic - the therapist was skilled and experienced, and she made sure to listen to my concerns and preferences.

For the price, this spa is awesome. It's clean, calming, and offers a great massage. An hour of deep tissue massage is 65 dollars. One can't even get a haircut for that price in the city.

Very tucked away, no frills...but I received a GREAT quality massage and ended up coming back two more times during my weeklong stay in the neighborhood. Wish I could remember her name but she was a great massage therapist.

They forgot an essential part of my massage and then forced us to tip more because "they would be insulted." We didn't fall for that. Horrible service. Woman at the front desk should be ashamed of herself.

Love this place. Great services and very nice staff. Location is hard to find but they have ample room for waiting area and rooms are spacious enough.

Got the 90 minutes deep tissue and it may have been the worst I've ever received. My partner had a better massage therapist so you might get lucky.

This place has always been a very positive and relaxing experience until yesterday. Yesterday was extremely disappointing in every way.
